End Users:
- NO IP ADDRESS: Confirm that you have received an IP address.
- In Windows XP/VISTA/7, open a command prompt (type cmd at the run command) and type ipconfig.
This will give you information about the addressing of the adapter. The 3GPP2 WLANs address should be 10.10.240.xxx.
- When using wireless access, confirm that the network name or SSID (wireless only) is
configured to 3GPP2 configurations. Please refer to Wireless Mobile LAN Access
for information about 3GPP2 Access Point configurations.
